Summer time
Summer is here! Finally.
The 'skeeters are out and lemonade is in. My summer has been filled with lots of friends and adventures.
My best friend Catherine was married
and I got to be a bridesmaid! It was beautiful and lovely! The day was perfect and she (and her groom) couldn't stop smiling!
There were bubbles, flowers, and adorable kiddos
as the ring-bearer and flower girl.
I can't wait to help her move into her
apartment at Auburn!
-Currently I am taking another course at a local community college to get more hours in. English 101 is treating me well and I am really enjoying the class (nerd, I know).
It ends in a month and then I'm off to my dream college!! I'm so excited!
(But also nervous of leaving my family and bf here)
So apparently the stress finally got to me. I haven't
ever been able to deal with my anxiety very well,
resolving to bury it every time a stressful situation
presents itself in my life.
This past school year we decided not to take any advanced courses because the year before was so hard on my nerves
(I made A's in all my courses, I'm not inept, but
I stress over studying and success).
This week I had palpitations and went to the doctor to
have a bunch of tests done. I'm currently hooked up
to a monitor (and have been for the last 70 some-odd hours-
most comfortable, I assure you. Not.) with the
affirmation that 'an ectopic atrial rhythm'
is not going to be the death of me.
Which is good. I guess.
So that's my life right now. Thanks for reading
-my heart is not afraid (it's just being funky right now)
